This is a static corporate website. It contains no user tracking, contact forms, analytics cookies, or advertising scripts.

Technical server logs may be processed transiently by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront/S3) solely to deliver and secure the website.

The website does not set cookies. Confidential proposal pages use session storage only to remember acceptance of the confidentiality notice in the current browser tab. This value is not transmitted to PRG Cometa and disappears when the tab session ends.

4. Email communications

Clicking the email link launches your local email client. Information provided by email is processed strictly to respond to your inquiry and manage correspondence.

5. Infrastructure provider

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 & CloudFront). Data processing related to content delivery is governed by AWS's standard data protection terms.

6. Private proposals

Some confidential presentations are accessible through a dedicated, non-indexed link and display a confidentiality notice before the content can be viewed.

The website does not record proposal openings or completions, does not send opening notifications, and does not use the acknowledgement to identify or profile the viewer.
